Aster dumosus 'Wood's Purple' (New York Aster) 12-16"  Z3-8 Sun
Due to its small stature this is a great aster to use as an edger. The plants are compact and bursting with semi-double, purple beginning in late summer and continuing through mid-fall. Nice combined with grasses. Shows excellent resistance to mildew and rust.
