'Iris Immortality'   29"  Z3-8  Sun-Pt Shade

One of my favorite irises, I. 'Immortality' is almost always in bloom. The flowers have a pure white self with pale lemon-yellow beards. Their sweet fragrance practically makes me swoon. The first flush of bloom begins in early June, then sporadically through the summer with the grand finale of a fall flush in late September. This cultivar has the most consistent fall bloom of the reblooming irises. An outstanding cut flower.
